If you pay by a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), here are the instructions. We accept credit card payments in a form of "mail order" using this procedure:
- print the form that is available here
- please fill ALL its entries, including the three (or four, for AmEx) control digits. If any entry is not filled, we cannot process your payment.
- put the original form into an envelope and send it to our address that is given on the form's top. We need the original signature of the credit card owner to authorize the payment, so the faxed copy is not sufficient (but speeds up the authorization).
